CORN PUDDING 
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cracker or fine bread crumbs

Melt butter in casserole. Pour in corn. Blend eggs, flour, sugar, and milk. Pour over corn in casserole. Top with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and set.
