SPINACH FILLED MANICOTTI 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. manicotti shells
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

TOPPING:

Spaghetti sauce (you own or Prego or Ragu)

Cook manicotti according to package directions. Rinse with cool water. Mix all other ingredients together and stuff shells. Arrange in 9x13 pan. Cover with spaghetti sauce (add sliced mushrooms if desired). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
