SPINACH SALAD PAR 
1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and torn into pieces
1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts, chilled and drained
8 slices bacon, fried, drained and diced
3-5 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine spinach, bean sprouts, bacon and egg in salad bowl. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt.

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced onions
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients. Shake to blend. Good made in advance and chilled to blend flavors. At serving time, sprinkle about half the dressing on spinach mixture and toss well.

Chill remaining dressing to use on a repeat of this salad or any green salad. Serves 8-10.
