FRENCH SILK PIE | |
1/2 c. butter 3/4 c. sugar 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1 baked pastry shell Cream butter and sugar. Add melted chocolate and vanilla. Add 1 egg and beat 5 minutes at medium speed. Add second egg. Beat another 5 minutes. Pour into a baked pie shell and refrigerate. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream. |
