CHOCOLATE BISCUIT PUDDING | |
3 c. crumbled biscuits 4 tbsp. cocoa 1/2 c. chopped nuts 2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 3 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt Whipped cream Stir together biscuit, cocoa, and chopped nuts; set aside. Beat eggs until foamy; add sugar beating well for about 1 minute. Stir in milk, vanilla, salt, and biscuit mixture. Pour into a lightly greased 1 3/4 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until set. Serve warm with whipped cream, if desired. 6-8 servings. |
