CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. water
4 oz. pkg. chocolate pudding mix (not instant)
1 oz. sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 pt. whipping cream, stiffly whipped

In large saucepan combine milk, water and pudding mix. Mix well and add chocolate. Over medium heat, cook and stir rapidly until chocolate melts and mixture thickens. Remove from heat and beat smooth. Chill thoroughly and stir. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pastry shell. Chill 4 hours or until set. Garnish as desired.
