CHICKEN RICE HOTDISH 
2 c. chopped celery and onion, combined
1 bottle of whole mushrooms
1 c. raw rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced
1/2 to 1 c. cashews
2 cans mushroom soup
2 c. chicken broth

Saute celery and onion in oil or butter and combine all ingredients in a crockpot and cook for 3 hours or bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle cashews on top for last half hour.
