GARLIC BROILED SHRIMP 
1 lb. lg. shrimp
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 - 1 tsp. minced garlic

About 25 minutes before serving. peel and devein shrimp. In bottom of broiling pan, melt butter; stir in remaining ingredients. Place shrimp in pan, turning in mixture to coat all sides. Broil 3 minutes; with tongs, turn shrimp and broil 3 minutes longer or until shrimp turn pink. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with pan juices. Serve 2 to 3.
