SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. chopped meat
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/3 c. white or cider vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 green pepper, chopped

Shape meat into meatballs and cook in large skillet. Drain fat and remove from skillet. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet. Stir in pineapple with syrup, vinegar and soy sauce. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Add meatballs and green pepper. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over white rice. Serves 4.

NOTE: You can use boneless chicken chunks in place of meatballs and you can also add other vegetables such as mushroom or chopped carrots.
