FROZEN CABBAGE SLAW 
1 tsp. salt
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, grated
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. celery seed
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed

Mix salt with cabbage; let stand for one hour. Squeeze out excess moisture. Add carrot and green pepper; let stand. Mix vinegar, water, celery seed, sugar and mustard seed in a saucepan; boil for 1 minute. Cool to lukewarm. Pour over cabbage mixture. Place in freezer containers and store in freezer.
