POTATO SALAD 
5 lbs. potatoes
1/6 c. salt
1 bay leaf
3/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 lg. onion
1 c. dill pickles
1 c. sweet pickles
3 eggs
3/4 oz. pimento
3/4 bunch celery
1/2 lg. onion
1 sprig chopped parsley
3 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. mustard
3/8 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Dash pepper

Boil potatoes with 1/6 cup salt, bay leaf, celery salt and 1/4 large onion. Cook potatoes 1 day ahead so they can cool. Chop and combine potatoes, pickles, eggs, pimento, celery and onion. Mix together Miracle Whip, mustard, sugar, salt, celery salt, pepper and parsley. Thin to desired consistency with hot dill pickle juice; mix with potato mixture. Garnish with parsley and egg. 25 to 35 servings.
