MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup coconut

Icing:

marshmallow cream
1 box powdered sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 tap. vanilla

Cream cocoa, sugar and butter, add eggs and vanilla, fold in flour, baking powder, coconut and nuts. Pour into grease 9x13 pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.

Spread cake with 9 oz jar marshmallow cream while hot. Cool. Beat icing ingredients until fluffy. Spread on cake after cooled.
