RED CLAM SAUCE 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. olive oil
4 cloves, chopped garlic
1 tbsp. parsley and 1 tbsp. oregano
4 drops hot sauce
3 cans minced clams
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes

Lightly brown garlic in oil and butter; add parsley, oregano, hot sauce and clams (juice included) and simmer 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes. Serve with thin linguini.
