QUICK YEAST BISCUITS | |
1 c. warm milk 1 pkg. yeast 1/4 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. oil 2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix warm milk, yeast, sugar, salt and oil together well. Add flour and blend together. Turn out dough and knead for 5 minutes adding flour as needed to form a smooth ball. Roll dough out and cut biscuits out with a glass or cutter. Place biscuits on a greased pan. Let rise, covered, for 20 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes or until browned. |
