1 (#303) can applesauce
2 pkgs. strawberry gelatin
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1 lg. orange
14 oz. 7-Up

Bring applesauce to a boil. Stir in gelatin. Set aside to cool. Add nuts, juice of 1 orange, and grated orange rind from same orange. Gently stir in 7- Up. Put in square glass baking dish and chill. Serve in squares in lettuce. Serves 9.
