CHEESE WHIPPED CREAM SALAD 
1 tbsp. gelatin
1 c. cold water
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. coconut
1 c. cheese, grated
1 c. whipped cream

Drain pineapple and save the juice. Boil juice with sugar. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add to pineapple juice mixture. Blend in pineapple, coconut, cheese and whipped cream gently until well blended. Put in mold. Chill.
