BONNY BLUE'S BERRY JAM 
4 c. strawberries, black berries, raspberries, etc.
2 tbsp. juice (lemon, etc.)
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. fructose

Bring strawberries and lemon juice to a boil, crushing berries to cook in the juices. Reduce heat and cook 5 minutes. Meanwhile, dissolve gelatin in cold water and allow to stand 1 minute. Add gelatin mixture and fructose to strawberries. Stir thoroughly and cook 3 minutes. Skim off foam, pour into jars. Cover and refrigerate or freeze. Makes about 5 cups.
