MICROWAVE BERRY-RHUBARB JAM 
5 c. thinly sliced rhubarb
3 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) strawberry Jello

Combine sugar and rhubarb in 2 quart bowl. Microwave on high for 14 to 16 minutes. Stir twice during cooking. Mash rhubarb with a fork and stir in Jello. Cool and seal with paraffin.

Note: Do not cover when microwaving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
