SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
3 lb. ground beef, browned, crumbled and drained
10 cloves garlic or 3 tbsp. powdered garlic
3 tbsp. sweet basil
5 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 can tomato paste
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can spaghetti sauce

Stir and simmer 2 minutes on low heat. Add 1 can spaghetti sauce, tomato paste and the tomato sauce. Simmer over low heat 10-15 minutes, stirring almost constantly. The sauce is thick so now add as much water as you need to make a sauce for spaghetti. Simmer 15 minutes on low heat. For lasagna, leave out water.
