PUFF PASTRY CONES 
2 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 stick butter
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. sour cream
Sugar & cinnamon, combined

FILLINGS:

Preserves: Raspberry, strawberry or pineapples
Nuts

Mix as pastry by cutting with two knives. Shape into three balls. Chill. Roll out and cut into 8 triangles. Fill as desired. Roll up starting at wide outer edge. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Place on cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
