1 pkg. Hydrox cookies
3/4 c. soft butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
5 - 6 ripe peaches, sliced
1 pt. whipping cream

Crush cookies. Put 3/4 of cookies on bottom of cake pan or 2 pie pans. Reserve last 1/4. Beat butter, beaten eggs and powdered sugar until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls over crumbs and spread as able to cover. Add sliced peaches. Spread over butter cream layer. Next layer: whip whipping cream. You m ay add small amount of sugar or vanilla if you wish; it's fine without. Cover peaches with whipped cream. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over dessert. Chill at least 1 to 2 hours for firm set. Enjoy. I make this dessert for company - it always gets nice compliments.
