TASTY PASTRY 
2 cans crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 tsp. almond flavoring
1/4 c. sliced almonds
Cherries

Mix together cream cheese, sugar and almond flavoring. Lay rolls in rectangle shape and pinch together well. Spread with cheese mixture and sprinkle with almonds. Roll up and make into a ring. Cut and pull apart like a coffee cake ring. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until brown. Dribble with glaze made from powdered sugar, almond flavoring and hot water. Decorate with cherries and more almonds.
