THAI FRIED BANANAS 
4 fresh, firm bananas
2 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. brown sugar
Lime juice

Peel bananas. Slice lengthwise, then cross-cut in half. Heat the butter in a wok or frying pan until the butter bubbles. Add the banana slices and fry them on both sides over medium heat until they are golden and soft. Sprinkle the brown sugar and stir until it dissolves and makes thick syrup. Transfer to serving bowls and sprinkle with lime juice.

Wrong name for the recipe. I've lived in Thailand for over 4 years and never come accross bananas cooked this way. Thai Fried Bananas are always fried in a batter mixture, often with sesame seeds.
