REFRESHING MIST MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 pt. lemon sherbet
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 c. cold water

Dissolve lime Jello in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add lemon sherbet; stir mixture until dissolve and gelatin is thickened. Fold into whipped cream. Pour into 6 cup rind mold. Chill until firm.

Dissolve strawberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in orange segments. Spoon over lime gelatin. Chill until firm. Unmold to serve.
