STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 head of cabbage
1 lb. ground chuck
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 onion
Salt
1 egg
1 tbsp. butter
1 can stewed tomatoes

Let water come to a boil. Drop head of cabbage in until outer leaves are soft. Gently separate leaves. Mix meat, rice, onion, salt, egg and melted butter together. Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of meat mixture in leaf and roll.

Place each roll in pressure cooker. Add 1 can of stewed tomatoes. Also add enough water leftover from cooking cabbage to cover 3/4 of the way and cook at medium heat for 24 minutes.
