HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. southern style hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
2 c. corn flakes (crushed) and browned in 1/2 c. butter

Put mixture of potatoes (partially thawed), soup, onion, sour cream and cheese in large bowl. Mix well and pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Top with browned corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees 30-40 minutes.
