HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
1 can condensed milk
2 cans evaporated milk
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. peaches or strawberries or bananas, if desired

Put canned milk, sugar, eggs in blender. Add vanilla. Mix real good. Add enough sweet milk to fill 1 gallon freezer can.

Put in microwave about 20 minutes at 1/2 power. Can be put on stove for about 10 minutes at low heat. Do not boil, stirring frequently. Let cool overnight in refrigerator. Put in freezer and freeze. Serves about 12 people.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
