2/3 c. whole wheat flour 2/3 c. brown rice flour 2/3 c. soy flour Combine flour and then take 2 cups of flour mixture and combine with: 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt Set aside. 1 c. plain yogurt 1 1/2 c. milk 3 tbsp. melted butter Wheat germ Whip egg whites to stiff peaks, set aside. Combine egg yolks, yogurt, milk and butter. Add flour mixture and sprinkle in a small amount of wheat germ. Fold in egg whites. |
