6 lg. ripe peaches
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. sour cream
12 or more fresh strawberries
Lettuce leaves

Peel and slice peaches. In a large bowl toss peaches, celery, nuts and honey. Chill well. At serving time, fold in sour cream and pile on lettuce leaves on salad plates. Garnish with whole strawberries.
