MOUSSAKA 
2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 tsp. paprika
10 lg. red potatoes
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute onion in oil. Add beef until browned. Add salt and pepper and paprika. Peel and slice potatoes thin. Lightly oil 13"x9" pan with oil. Layer potatoes half way in the pan. Add meat mixture (drained) repeat with potatoes. Add water. Put in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Take out. Mix eggs and milk. Pour over potato mixture and return to oven. Increase heat to 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until nicely browned.
