GERMAN CHOCOLATE TORTE 
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix (makes 2 pans)
2 sm. pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 cans cherry pie filling
2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip

Mix cake mix according to directions and divide into two 9x13 inch pans. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees; cool.

Mix pudding, milk and cream cheese. Beat until thick; spread half on each cooled cake. Top each with 1 can cherry pie filling and finally top each with 8 oz. Cool Whip. Refrigerate. This keeps for days.
