PICKLE, PEPPER, PIMENTO RELISH 
3 large pickles, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped finely
1 red bell pepper, chopped finely
2-3 tsp. pimentos (add more if you like)
1 onion, chopped finely
1 crushed garlic clove (or 1 tsp. minced garlic)
a few shakes of hot red pepper flakes (optional)
lemon pepper seasoning, to taste (McCormick)

Chop ingredients, place in a bowl. Toss each time you add another ingredient.

Add pimentos, garlic and seasonings - toss. Cover with Saran or plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator overnight.

Use on burgers, cold salads or as dips or other foods. You only need little bit. But it is also good on deli sandwiches or subs.
