SPANISH CHICKEN | |
1 chicken, boiled, deboned, cut into bite-size pieces 2 pkgs. sm. size flour tortillas Saute 1 onion, chopped, in butter. Add the following: 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 lg. can tomatoes, chopped 1 can green chilies, chopped 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. oregano 1 c. chicken broth Grease baking dish. Layer chicken, torn up tortillas (2-inch pieces), sauce. Continue layering until ingredients are gone. Top with grated sharp cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
