SPINACH SOUFFLE | |
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach 1 c. artichokes (not marinated) cut in half 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 stick butter Cook spinach and drain. Drain artichokes and cut in half. Saute onions in butter. Mix all ingredients together. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. |
