CHEESE - BROCCOLI - HAM STRATA 
12 slices white bread
3/4 lb. sharp sliced Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. diced cooked ham
6 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. instant onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Cook and drain broccoli. With doughnut cutter or a glass cut 12 inch doughnuts holes from the bread. Fit scraps of bread in the bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Layer in the cheese, broccoli and ham. Arrange the bread doughnuts and holes over the top.

Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the top. (Stir as you pour to distribute the onions.) Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
