1 lb. coconut 2 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jello or 1 lg. pkg. 1 can Eagle Brand milk Red sugar crystals Green cake decorating gel Mix coconut, milk and 3/4 of the Jello together. Store in refrigerator for 1 hour. Mix remaining Jello and red sugar crystals in bowl. Shape the first mixture into strawberry shapes. Roll in Jello and sugar crystals. Make green leaves with the green cake decorating gel. | |
