FRESH BLUEBERRY PIE 
1 (8 inch) graham cracker pie crust
1 pt. fresh blueberries, washed and well drained on towels
2 fresh lemons
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed Eagle Brand milk
1/4 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs

Put Eagle Brand milk in large mixing bowl. Add juice from lemons which has been strained to remove all pulp and seeds. Mix thoroughly and carefully. When all lemon juice has been absorbed into milk, add blueberries.

If berries are firm, use clean hand to mash and crush some of the berries so the milk mixture will have a strong bluish tint. Be sure all berries are well coated (or mashed) into mixture.

Pour into pie crust. Top with crushed graham cracker crumbs to make top crust. Cover. Chill overnight or at least 12 hours. Slice in small pieces as it is very rich and high in calories.
