3/4 stick butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 lb. light or dark brown sugar
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Melt butter and mix with flour, milk, eggs and brown sugar, pour into pie shell, and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
