7-LAYER SALAD 
1 head red leaf lettuce
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen mini green peas
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
2 cans Oscar Mayer real bacon

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese

Tear lettuce. Top with peas. Take out and spread over paper towels for 1 hour until thawed. Then add water chestnuts, eggs and bacon. Spread with topping. Best if prepared 24 hours before serving.
