MIMI'S FLORIDA SALAD 
Great for salad or desserts. Refreshing on hot days!

4 large nectarines, sliced
4 apples, sliced
6 large strawberries, sliced
1 orange, cut in small chunks
2 bananas
2 large watermelon slices, cut in chunks
2 large cantaloupe slices, cut in chunks
1/4 cup sliced almonds
bunch of blueberries
bunch of grapes (I use seedless)
1 (5 oz.) pkg. jello (any flavor)
3 cups cottage cheese (small curd)

Prepare jello as per package directions (set aside to chill) or until slightly firm.

Prepare all fruits.

Once jello is slightly firm add all fruits, sliced almonds and cottage cheese, place back in refrigerator to finish firming.

Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
