HOMEMADE GRANOLA 
5 c. regular oats, uncooked
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sesame seeds
1 c. soy flour
1 c. non-fat dry milk solids
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. honey
1 c. milk
1 c. salad oil

Combine first 8 ingredients and mix well. Combine honey, milk, and salad oil; pour over dry mixture and stir until well blended. Spread mixture on cookie sheets; bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour, stirring often. Cool and store granola in an air-tight container until serving time. Yield: About 3 quarts.
