TOASTED COCONUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter, softened
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 small can shredded coconut (about 1 c.)
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans

Prepare cake mix per box instructions and bake in a sheet cake pan. Prepare topping (while cake bakes) by mixing remaining ingredients together. Spread over warm cake and return to the oven and bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
