2 cans Thank You chocolate pudding
2 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
4 c. minature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) bag minature chocolate chips
1 lg. jar marchino cherries

Slice cherries in half, rinse and drain well. Mix pudding with Cool Whip and rest of the ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
