PUMPKIN - PECAN PIE 
4 c. cooked pumpkin, mashed
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. mace
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. orange rind, grated

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Top with pecan topping below.

PECAN TOPPING:

1 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
