QUICHE LORRAINE 
1/2 lb. crispy crumbled bacon
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. cream
1 unbaked pie shell
1 tbsp. melted butter
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Sprinkle cheese, bacon and onion in unbaked pie shell. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 300 and bake for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before cutting. Serves 6.
