FRUIT PIZZA 
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. orange or pineapple juice
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tube sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. vanilla
Fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, bananas, berries, pineapple)

For glaze, combine cornstarch, juice and 3 tablespoons sugar and cook over low heat until clear. Cool.

Grease large pizza pan or jelly roll pan and spread the tube of cookie dough over it and bake at 350 degrees until light brown and soft. Cool.

Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread it over cooled crust. Arrange fresh fruit in a nice pattern over cream cheese layer and frost with cooled glaze.
