IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE | |
3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix 2 tbsp. butter (softened at room temperature) 1 can evaporated milk (13 oz.) 2 eggs 1 can pumpkin (16 oz.) 5 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 2 tsp. vanilla Grease pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees. |
