YAKI MANDU | |
2 eggs 1 tsp. Accent 3 lbs. ground beef 1 c. carrots, chopped fine 1 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine 1 c. green onion, chopped fine 1 tsp. garlic, ground 1 tbsp. sesame seed, cooked 1 tbsp. sesame oil Salt to taste Noodle (Oriental, clear look, Dayong Myun) 2 pkgs. wonton wrappers from Oriental store Cook noodles until they turn clear and soft. Chop into small pieces in large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Use approximately 1 teaspoon meat mixture to one wonton wrapper. Fold over and put water around edges to seal. Deep fry in hot oil until they rise to the top and are golden brown. NOTE: If you want to freeze leftovers, fry only until lightly browned and let cool before storing in freezer. This makes approximately 100 yaki-mandu. |
