SWEET POTATOES 
3 c. mashed sweets or yams
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter (soft)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk

Mix and put into baking dish.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. crushed walnuts or pecans
3 tbsp. butter

Mix and sprinkle over top of potatoes. If room temperature, cook at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. If cold, cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
