1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/4 c. flour

Combine and put in bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

FILLING - LAYER #1:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 carton Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix together and spread over cooled crust.

FILLING - LAYER #2:
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding (or any other flavor)
1 1/2 c. milk

FILLING - LAYER #3:
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

Top with 1/2 carton Cool Whip. Garnish with nuts.
